Freedom of belief and religion is one of the fundamental rights and basic principles in legal-political systems. The recognition of the right to be a religious minority and to be free to change religion One of the rights known as freedom of belief, which is one of the civil and political human rights.In this article, with a descriptive-analytical approach and with a library and documentation method, we are looking to analyze the relationship between Iran's criminal laws and the citizens' right to freedom of belief and religion. For this purpose, looking at the international documents and the constitution of Iran, approaches supporting and violating the freedom of belief have been reviewed in the criminal laws of Iran.The findings of this study show that the legislator in the constitution has an overall conception of the right to freedom of belief and religion. In criminal laws, there are also cases of violating the rights of religious minority groups and using unfair discrimination against them.In the Islamic Penal Code, there are articles to protect citizens who have a religion different from the majority and prohibition of discrimination based on belief but these guarantees are not sufficient and comprehensive and do not include all minorities and There are no rights for minorities that are not mentioned in the constitution.

The body freedom flutter phenomenon is one of the aeroelastic instabilities that occurs due to the coupling of the aeroelastic bending mode of the wing with the short-period mode in the flight dynamics of the aircraft. By using the aeroservoelastic model and applying closed loop control, this phenomenon can be suppressed in the operating conditions of the aircraft and the velocity of this event can be increased. The simplest model aircraft capable of displaying this instability includes the flexible wing and the planar flight dynamics model. For this purpose, the wing structure is modeled using the Euler-Bernoulli beam and, the theory of minimum variable state is used to model unstable aerodynamics to make the conditions suitable for modeling the system in state space. In the control section, the elevator is used as the control surface and LQR theory with Kalman filter is used to body freedom flutter suppression. Finally, the effect of adding a closed loop control to increase the body freedom flutter velocity and the limitations of this work are studied.

In this essay we try to show the place of freedom (free will) in Kant’s thought according to Heidegger’s interpretation; according to this interpretation, freedom is not a metaphysical and noumenal freedom for human as Subject but an existential one that makes him possible as a Dasein (being- in- world). Such a fundamental freedom is not provable and cannot be treated by any theoretical speculation, rather we encounter it in our actions and in the process of making free decisions, finding philosopher’s theoretical attempts to prove it in vain. The actuality of freedom must be searched in ourselves and in our own state of being, not in a lifeless and systematic arguments of philosopher’s; And it is Kant that discovers this point implicitly in his second Critic (The Critique of Practical reason) causing a great turn for Heidegger's thought.

Secularism is a political ideology that disintegrates religion from state governance. While secularism may work for countries where the majority professed religion that has no specific legal system viz. Christianity, it begins to exhibit its ineptness in countries that either have a multicultural identity or adopt a systematic religion like Islam as its official religion. To unravel this, secularism acquiesced to embody two divisions of secularism entailing freedom of religion and freedom from religion. The objective of the writing is to resolve the conflicts of the secularism ideology in multicultural state.  The methodology adopted in the research is doctrinal legal research which employed qualitative research. For multicultural counterparts, the absolute disintegration of religion raises difficulties, hence, they opt for the secular concept of freedom of religion. However, from the Islamic perspective, secularism contrasts with Islamic teachings as it is conclusive in every aspect of human life. It has its own foundations and laws that shall be followed at all times. Additionally, the impacts of secularism on the social, educational, and moral aspects have made its germaneness be put in question. Thus, there must be a law to regulate the abovementioned matter in order to ensure the community live with peace and harmony

Some by reading some verses of Quran believe that one of the basic freedoms in Islam is the freedom of thought. In this sense, they claim that Islam considers heavy penalties for an apostate. The question is that whether the apostate ruling is opposed the freedom of thought or not. In this study, I confront the existing studies in this respect both descriptively and analytically through field and library research. The result is that the apostate is punished very hardly under certain conditions such as enmity and weakening of other's religious believes. The apostate's death sentence does not counteract the freedom of thought in Islam. Rather, the penalty is to prevent the destructive consequences of apostasy such as shaking Muslims' believes, attenuating of Islamic government, violating others' rights, etc.

Ownership and freedom are two essential rights and of value to human beings. By contrast to preliminary reviews, the link between these two values is very solid, and they have a reciprocal relation. Not only can they serve as the foundation of each other, but also in case of departing this equilibrium, each can have a negative effect on the other. The relationship between the two is the subject of study of this article. For purpose of conclusion, we should know that Freedom and ownership are two important rights, in which Law has the obligation to create equilibrium between them; as such not only there will be no conflict between them, in fact they will complement and support each other, and also each shall maximize the other.

As reflected in the sacred books, man is endowed with dignity, and dignity is considered to be one of his qualities. Scholars of ethics confess to this matter too and consider human dignity as one of man's attributes.In divine Books, God has spoken with the man and the man has listened to God. On Who is qualified to listen to God is a dignified being as well. In man's speaking with God, some sort of harmony and interaction is required. Such a harmony takes place in two forms. In the first form one who speaks lowers himself and speaks at the level of existence of the listener. In the second form the speaker exalts the listener to the exlent that be capable of listening of listening to the transcendental word.
